We look forward to cleaning your carpets today.
Below you will find information on the cleaning process being used today. Thank You

Pre-Vacuuming

First, we perform a deep and thorough vacuum of the carpet to remove existing loose soil and review the carpet for stain treatment when necessary.  Feel free to vacuum using your personal vacuum beforehand if you would like.

Apply Pre-Spray

Next, we apply an Encapsulation hydrogen peroxide activated cleaning detergent directly to the carpet fibers.  The magic of Encapsulation detergent is that it rinses when drying out, and any remaining encapsulated residue (invisible to the eye) is extracted during routing post vacuuming.  This means very fast dry time, and minimal wetting of carpet fibers and backing.  Hydrogen Peroxide is also know for its sanitizing and deodorizing properties.

Extraction Process

Next we use an Oscillating pad machine to:

1.  Scrub and shampoo carpet fibers loosening any bonded soil and stains

2.  Extract loose soil and detergents into a system of extraction pads

3.  As the carpet dries the encapsulation process will assure no detergent is left in carpet as it dries.
